Ellos querian cepillarse a las comunes en el acuerdo que habian debido negociar con JPM y ahora estan intentando que parezca que el mercado no desea dar valor a las comunes. Los MM´s orquestrados junto con los abogados de JPM y algun desviado de Weil. No van a poder hacer más que patalear y daros una opción de entrada a los que lo vean. Los que esten acojonados pueden vender y salirse sin más.
Esto son las grandes ligas, aquí no se regala nada sin pelear con el machete en la boca. Tenemos nuestros guerrilleros en posición, ya no habrá emboscada.

I have not seen any responses or objections filed, looking both on kccllc and Ghost's Latest Updates pages.
Does this mean that none of the Knowledgeable Parties officially has an objection, and that therefore the motion can go forward without the court hearing (1/20/10 rescheduled to 1/28/10)? Or perhaps it means Judge Walrath just has to rubber stamp her approval?
What would be REALLY funny would be if JPM and Weil had a deal in place... without JPM seeing the EC coming. They weren't prepared to file because they thought this was all over, only to find themselves screwed.
S&C has historically put forth 900 pages flaming pieces of rhetorically padded sh*t in response to these types of motions in the past. They couldn't possibly write that much over the course of 4 days.
It's probably just a dream, but I'd love for this to squeeze the hell out of JPM, forcing them to come to terms with Joyce and company almost immediately or face sudden death via expanded discovery.
Maybe they just didn't object because they knew that had no way around it. Maybe they didn't object because they thought they had a deal. And maybe they didn't object because Denke was right and Weil was in the way of getting a deal done... now with an EC in there, they can negotiate with the shareholders and get this whole mess cleaned up.

IMHO since Weil pointed out the market price of wamuq in their motion to disband, the EC attorney should respond with the reason why it is low, namely all the naked shorting that took place before and after the seizure citing the sec figures in particular, and advising the judge that any elimination of the commons would let the nss profit from their crimes.
Pregunta: This makes sense to me, but I'm unsure that a new CUSIP will (a) have any effect or (b) let all the invisible transactions just disappear.
Because the short shares would have to cover, elimination of the NSS position would have to be done in 3 trading days (??) and the shares would be recalled. You see if you have a short on a stock, you must cover the share, in the process of mass covering, you would essentially move the entire market for those shares. Look if Rosen wants to quote equity in his motions, then lets give him something worth quoting. If THJMW rules that WAMUQ is now WMIUQ, then boom new stock swapped for old, like for like. What if you have it shorted? Mad Massive rush to cover. Covering means price goes up!
If Rosen (debtors) oppose this motion, then they will solidify their support of opposition to commons.
Ayer vendí un 40% de mi posición en comunes, validando la opción de Luis 023, pero sin tirar la toalla totalmente como a hecho él, habida cuenta de que me estoy jugando una pasta y tal como esta la situación (impredecible) pienso pasar este importe a Preferentes P, pero no ahora si no cuando corrijan más.
Sin duda es una buena opción estar mitad y mitad entre comunes y preferentes, (ojala lo hubiera hecho antes) y cuando entre el NOL o los 4 bill, las preferentes son las primeras que lo notarán (aqui le doy la razon a Maximunae).
Pienso que las preferentes van a bajar también hasta que se menee algo en el juzgado.
Las manos débiles ahora estan temblando y hasta que no se pare la sangría debería continuar cayendo, siguen noticiando en la prensa lo de Weil con las comunes y así nos va (alguien le puede dar un par de ostias a Rosen para que se caye)
Despues de ver las imagenes de Haiti del seísmo de anoche, para mi lo que haga WAMUQ hoy me importa muy poco.Es injusto qeu las mayores catastrofes suceden a los paises mas pobres del mundo.
Como homenaje a ellos o en soliralidad o como lo querias decir, hoy no voy a postear en ningun sitio.
A veces las castastrofes suceden porque tienen que suceder. ¿Sabes cuanta ayuda van a recibir esta gente? Hay que ver la parte positiva.
