Re: Notice of Withdrawal

Observer dice:

It appears that the abandonment issue moves into next year, will not be addressed tomorrow. Interesting, in that the debtor POR and abandonment motion proclaimed an importance for prior to year end; but that was prior to Tricadia issue which also appears to be moved? WAG, the Judge is not approving a POR with these issues moved to January 2011. 8B, is she influencing?

This, plus the unknown motion withdrawals re: the TPS? Seems to be quite a bit going on, out of view.

{modified, it is hard for me IANAL to determine what they are continuing, but I am glad the WMB abandonment does not appear to be taking place?}

WaMu Equity Group - Hoffman Motion Hearing - Dec 17

United International Equity LLC

Hearing on Hoffman Motion Dec. 17, 2010
Dear United International Equity Members,

It's hard to believe that Friday Dec 17th is our big day in court! At 10:30 am
EST Judge Walrath will be hearing the Hoffman Motion to Unseal and Post
documents during the Omnibus hearing. This is literally the fruit of our labor.
Without your support and donations to the litigation fund the filing and hearing
of this motion would not be happening. The litigation fund has been used to
retain Charles Brown III of Archer and Greiner as the attorney who will be
representing Daniel Hoffman in the motion before the court. While the Debtors
objected to the initial Hoffman request, objections to the actual motion were
due by Dec 10th and we are encouraged by the fact that none were submitted.

If you haven't visited the United International Equity (UIE) site please take a
minute to check it out. There you will find all of the links to the relevant
Hoffman court filings as well as links to all of the documents related to the
Examiner's Report. Some very interesting reading!

We will keep you updated via the UIE website, so stay tuned for any new
developments regarding UIE activity. On Friday Cat will be in Wilmington for the
hearing, so make sure to follow along via twitter, where she will be keeping you
updated. Our twitter link is http://twitter.com/unitedintl or you can go to
"follow me on twitter" on the homepage in the top right corner

Re: WaMu Equity Group - Hoffman Motion Hearing - Dec 17

Re: WaMu Equity Group - Hoffman Motion Hearing - Dec 17
