En esta acción no hay manipulación. El volumen es mínimo la mayoría de los días. Estoy de acuerdo con Fedoreme. El desaliento se adueña de casi tod@s los inversores/especuladores. Si a esto añadimos que la gran mayoría de inversores actuales de Wamu son post-bk, es evidente que al no llegar el ansiado "pelotazo" abandonan en barco.

El goteo es interminable, al igual que el caso en los juzgados. La acción refleja la realidad, no hay más.

Quizás lo más lógico sería plantaerse que la acción ha subido hasta donde está sin apoyo de noticias positivas (tan sólo el EC). Ahora con el Examiner+EC, se ha multiplicado por 5 el valor desde mínimos,... ¿Os parece poca subida?

La capitalización actual de la compañía ronda los 300M$USA (sin contar frankfurt). ¿Os parece poco para una empresa en Bk?

No quiero ser negativo, pero de momento el camino se sigue antojando largo, duro y lleno de obstáculos. Esa es la realidad hasta hoy.

Completamente de acuerdo Mr_Simpson , creo que la mayoría de los que han comprado acciones de WAMU (hoy por hoy) estamos conscientes de que esta es una oportunidad al todo o nada . Bajo esta perspectiva hay que seguir llenándonos de paciencia. Y una cosa que también tenemos claro es que la inversión que hemos realizado en WAMU , no lo requerimos para uso de nuestros egresos diarios

Debtors: We thought JPM was entitled to the refunds as the operator of the banking operations that were assumed.

Examiner: Was JPM the operator of the banking operations at the time that the losses were incurred?

Debtors: Well, no, but...

Examiner: Do your tax experts agree that the transfer is required and appropriate?

Debtors: Well...ah...we didn't talk about that specifically...but they agree that JPM purchased the banking operations.

Examiner: I see...well what assets did JPM acquire with those banking operations?

Debtors: Oh they got everything...everything...the deposits, the loans, the bank branches, the...ah...

Examiner: Is there any listing of the assets that were transferred?

Debtors: Not exactly...but everyone agrees about it. Basically they got everything that the bank owned, except, of course, the bank debt.

Examiner: Well, what did the bank own?

Debtors: Well, that's a grey area. For sure, though, the bank owned all of the real estate and/or leases that the branches were on...well pretty sure anyway...the records are hard to find.

Examiner: Is there any property that was transferred to JPM that did not belong to the bank?

Debtors: Well, we thought there might be at first, but now we just don't think about it. No reason to get bogged down with a lot of details, right?

Examiner: [to assistants] We're going to need more time here...

comparto con balta el punto de referencia de la cotizacion,puede ser el actual el ajustado al ratio riesgo rentabilidad es decir siendo realistas una probabilidad aprox de 10% de recibir 2 dolares por accion.
