Thanks. "[R]esolution ... with the parties" means ALL the parties (i.e., the EC).

If WMI has had resolution with the EC there would be no need to postpone the hearing. There was no resolution and the court would have considered the DS/Plan in its latest version, which would have been denied.

More smoke and mirrors by Weil to make the court and everyone else think WMI and Weil are still relevant.

Las fechas juegan a nuestro favor. En el texto se habla de un compromiso y acuerdo que probablemente han alcanzado ayer se compraron 1 millon de bonos junior WMB.
No hay que fiarse de esta gente pero mi tranquilidad es saber que el EC sigue callado.
Si estuvieramos en la UVI ellos estarian muy activos y conforme más se caliente el tema más relajados se les nota, eso me gusta (aunque no nos guste estar sin noticias)

“the debtors want to do their best to disclose all the appropriate monies” belonging to the estate.

That means increase A to reflect the tax refunds. They don't want to be accused of willfully omitting this critical information so a new plan would 'correct' the errors in the earlier versions. With the plan amended to reflect the new funds they could manipulate the plan to put equity (including common) in the money.

It is far too late for this but, from Weil's point of view, the show must go on.

Ya nos gustaría pero lo dudo bastante, los debtors seguiran con su robo hasta que queden en evidencia.

Tiene su lógica aunque sea pura especulación... no es normal regalar varios Billnes de NOL´s que pertenecian a WMI y otros lios contables que habran preparado. El escrutinio del examiner debe estar siendo tan intenso que les debe estar haciendo recular antes que el martillo caiga sobre ellos.

¿No dijo textualmente la jueza en una audiencia? :

"On the dual track, I will consider at the September 7 hearing the Disclosure Statement. I will not consider any additional revisions. If the Debtor has no further resolution of issues with the parties I will consider the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement as it is finalized by the Debtor."

No encaja con lo que tu comentas Simpson, a menos que haya un acuerdo con el CE y dudo que éste acepte esa oferta tan baja.
