También se puede pensar que la Juez está dando a las partes oportunidades de mejorar su posición sin necesidad de fallar a favor o en contra de alguien. El asunto es cuando se agota esta estrategia y comience a tomar decisiones que no sean del agrado de alguna parte WMI, JPM o la FIDIC. Podría ocurrir que los plazos se están acabando. Ahí debería dictar sentencia de acuerdo a su leal saber y entender.
Es dificil aventurar en que va a cambiar el DS, Rosen, conociendole presentara un low ball ridiculo. Por otra parte si en las conversaciones y descubrimiento de documentos pueden dejar en evidencia a WMI podría tener que cambiar la estrategia y mejorar sustancialmente la oferta. No sabemos tampoco si JPM entraría a juego de aportar dinero o si la FDIC aceptaría cambiar las cantidades repartidas.

The piece I am talking about is the EC actions. By far, the hearing on 6/17 would have been equities BEST day in the entire drama to date and what did equity do...well you know by now…another delay.
Now, I find this the best delay to date. My DD tells me that Susman and team can NOT be bought and this is where the end begins for ALL of the corrupt players, including some of the legal teams.
There is no way that Susman would have given up the Examiner at this point, if there was not something very intense going on; which can only spell good news at some point for equity. We all know that this case will end at some point and the ONLY thing that these kind of corrupt players understand is losing their reputations, loss of standing in society and of course my favorite for these people, PRISON.
I truly believe this case is currently at a crossroads, capitulate or take on the worst case scenarios. I believe Susman feels he can get our deal within the next three weeks or why else would he have held off on the Examiner and Rosen's actions shows capitulation from his previous actions. Hell, he could not even say his favorite words...Your Honor; there is no money for equity. Look for huge positive changes in the case very soon. Unfortunately, this is the first time in over twenty months that Equity has been in the driver’s seat and this is where Equity will stay until you hear the real words…WMI Equity agrees to settlement.

Saludos a todos .... siempre los leo. .... se desprende del ultimo hearing, que para que el EC diga ok al DS-POR, es que algo recibiremos .... de eso no me queda duda... el tema es decidir en cual de las acciones debemos quedarnos en esta montaña rusa o si queremos que el corazon este tranquilo esperar una subida minutos antes de algun hearing y chao.
Rosen no va a mostrar a Susman documentos que prueben este robo, y la jueza, parece que ya no es tan parcial con Rosen, porque sino, hace rato que hubiera aprobado esta basura de POR... so ahora Susman tiene que poner numeros en la mesa favorables al EC ... y la vaina, es cuanto sera??!! ... cuanto aceptara Rosen??!! ... algo tendra que aceptar..... como estiman que saldra cada tipo de accion H's K's P's Q'??!!
