No sé que ha pasado pero las chinas han pasado de ~ -2% a ~ +2% en pre, habrá que ver la apertura. Todo nos pasar por no estudiar bien las empresas y entrar un poco a la ligera.Cualquiera diría que si has posteado esto, será que te has estudiado RELI un mínimo como para hacer los comentarios que haces, ¿no?Pues parece que no...Una pequeña empresa que capitaliza 11mm y que se dedica a seguros, con un fuerte siniestro desaparece del mapa.Mirar la capitalización de la empresa en Yahoo Finance o en tu broker parece que si sabes, pero te quedas ahí. Con leer un poco en la página de la empresa y hacer un par de clicks puedes descubrir que no es una empresa aseguradora como tal, sino una agencia de seguros. Ya sabes, una compañía aérea y una agencia de viajes no tiene nada que ver ¿no? Pues exactamente lo mismo. Y al ser una agencia de seguros, actúa de intermediaria y no está expuesta a ningún riesgo en caso de siniestros; solo se lleva comisión por cada póliza vendida.Por último, Pendoncete, me gustaría añadir que comentarios como este:No le voy a echar la culpa a nadie, pero menudo ojo que tuvo.me parecen bastante irrespetuosos por tu parte. Tanto tú como todas las personas que leen o participan en el foro deberían saber, y parece que todas lo saben menos tú, que el único responsable de comprar o vender una acción es el que lanza la orden en el broker. Cada día se postean muchos valores, y no todos suben al día siguiente, ni al mes siguiente, y aún así eso no te da derecho a reprocharle a nadie que no hayan subido.Podría alargarme más pero creo que con lo anterior se capta el mensaje.Saludos!

Amarin Provides Update on VAZKEPA® (icosapent ethyl) Pricing Negotiations in GermanyFrankfurt am Main, August 19, 2022 – Amarin Deutschland GmbH today announced that after the conclusion of the fourth and final round of negotiations with the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds (Spitzenverband der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherungen – GKV-SV), a viable agreement on the reimbursement price of Vazkepa® (icosapent ethyl) in Germany could not be reached, despite Amarin’s best efforts to find a solution in the interest of cardiovascular patients across the country. As previously indicated by the company, the matter is now moving to the Arbitration Board for a final decision.As a result of the negotiation outcome with the GKV-SV, Amarin Deutschland GmbH has been forced to suspend the supply of its only product, Vazkepa in Germany, and discontinue its German business operations. This unavoidable measure will be implemented as of September 1st, 2022.Amarin Deutschland GmbH is disappointed by this outcome as it strongly believes that Vazkepa offers significant medical benefits to adult high-risk patients with cardiovascular disease and triglyceride levels of ≥ 150 mg/dL (1.7 mmol/L) throughout Germany1, as demonstrated by the results of the REDUCE-IT study2. These results were also recognized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and led to a positive benefit assessment in several European countries such as France, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK. Vazkepa has received final positive reimbursement decision and pricing in Sweden and the UK.In the ranking of cause-of-death statistics, for decades, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the leading cause of death in Germany. In 2020, 985.572 people died in Germany from any cause, wherein CVDs were responsible for 34.3% of these deaths; 18.3 % occurred among women and 16.0 % among men (Destatis 2020)3. Apart from mortality, CVD related morbidity causes an important burden of quality of life lost in Germany.“We deeply regret having to take this drastic decision at a critical time where high-risk cardiovascular patients in Germany are essentially being denied a medically effective therapeutic option that other European health authorities have recognized as being valuable in the fight against cardiovascular disease,” said Laurent Abuaf, Senior Vice President and President Europe of Amarin Corporation.La última ronda de negociaciones no ha llegado a buen termino en cuanto al precio. No habían presentado todavía la solicitud, a pesar de que Stan dijo en una entrevista a Yahoo Finance, el mismo día o el día después de la aprobación de las dos dosis iniciales, que la aprobación del booster era cuestión de días o semanas. Otra de las perlitas de Stan, supongo.Todo son retrasos, parece que lo hacen aposta.Por mi parte, el día siguiente a la presentación de resultados cerré toda la posición; por suerte si tenemos en cuenta que mi media no era muy alta y que llevaba algún tradeo anterior, he salido casi en tablas. He perdido la paciencia y la confianza en la gerencia de la compañía y es por ello que he preferido cortar por lo sano.Mucho ánimo a los que sigáis con ella, os seguiré leyendo!Saludos!
