¿Que les dices a tus seguidores ahora que arrojas la toalla ante las evidencias de fraude en el propio proceso? Deberias haber tenido en cuenta estos imponderables antes de incitar a comprar a la gente que se encuentra pillada sin saber que hacer. TPS y el EC han firmado un Joinder y parece que lo de la Corte Suprema va muy en serio ¿porque no me analizas que quiere decir eso respecto al Hearing? lo de arde Troya... lo venimos escuchando desde antes del Examiner... y aquí seguimos. ¿o ya te has olvidado cuantas veces nos has dado por muertos?

Good to see that EC is supporting the TPS Objection and to see TPS align with Section 2 of the EC's Objection.
Having a team of people/parties that oppose confirmation makes it that much stronger of an objection.
I would not doubt Aurelius agreeing with certain components of the EC's objection and or TPS's objection at some point prior to the hearing.
At this point they are all on the same side of the fence in that they each filed an objection against the plan and have reasons to hope it does not get passed.

The one statement that Gov found in their filing about - we asked for an asset list - is very telling
I believe to prove that they were on the up'n up with their actions - they may be lawyering up to go after the debtors - not defend themselves
The reason that I come to this conclusion is two fold
1. Their statement about the debtors being respossible for maintaining the confidentiality of the nonpublic info and releasing it
2. Miss direction is the best way to get the heat off oneself
Kinda out there but a good strategy for Aurelius
P.S. I think the statement from them about the trying to get the asset list was a warning to the debtors
They know there is more $$$$ here and since they are not getting the deal they negotiated... they are going to go after it another way.
